After more than two decades working in some of the country's best kitchens, butcher shops, and food operations around,  I built Eastwood Craft Butcher with a simple goal: provide exceptional food from exceptional producers, treat it with respect, and never cut corners.

Eastwood is the culmination of a lifetime spent pursuing excellence throughout the food chain. Every lesson I've learned, every craftsman who has inspired me, and every tradition worth preserving has found its way into this shop.
